We have worked with 60 plus year olds with hip replacement to athletes so whether your goal is fat loss, muscle toning, improved energy, increased bone density, lowered stress levels or to train for a specific sport, we can help you get there.

We have worked hard to create an environment that is motivating, uplifting, intimate, and welcoming. Our facility is a work in progress but – it doesn’t look or smell like your typical gym. We focus all of our initiatives on increasing the quality of life in our community. We regularly participate in fun runs, fund raisers, adventure races and community events to benefit local shelters and various charitable causes including heart disease and breast cancer. We love our community!

As Personal Trainers and Fitness Professionals, we must be able:

• Maintaining and building a true fitness family by introducing clients to each other and all Affinity Fitness staff members.
• To encourage clients to participate in company events and outdoor adventures.
• To act as an aid in the rehabilitation of clients experiencing pain and injury.
• To network with the appropriate health and fitness professionals regarding the care of a client and incorporate recommendations as needed.
• To establish a warm, receptive and non-intimidating environment that facilitates and enhances the learning process.
• To express ourselves as a confident, competent and committed team of fitness professionals whose primary focus is to enhance the quality of life and vitality of our clients.
